Staying overnight at a hotel in Belgium
St.Wolfgang
Some of the towns and areas I visited were the Faistenau area, and the surrounding mountains and rivers. There is also a museum, called the museum to the "not so wise person" (polite translation), which I was told is dedicated to out of date and historical farming equipment. It was closed at the time of my visit.
I also did a tour through the local Salt mines, complete with two slides down the mine shaft, an underwater boat ride and an underground border crossing.
The local Red Bull Hangar 7 is worth visiting, as it houses an interesting museum containing aircraft, motorcycles and helicopters, and some more daring forms of transport. In addition, there is a section where artists can display thier new art, and a restaurant provides breakfast, refreshments and other meals.
Want something new? Well, I certainly did, and rode down to Slovenia, and enjoyed the beautiful countryside views and the Adriatic climate, as Austria was starting to get a bit chilly for a couple of days. Slovenia seems like a nice clean place, but the driving standards on the motorway were appauling. Came across three car accidents, and nearly got hit myself from behind by a car that was racing another car.
