Wales
To "The countries I have lived in"
I lived in New Tredegar, once a busy mining town, and worked in Caerphilly, north of Cardiff, I enjoyed the Abergavenny bike meet on Sundays, and small tours round the countryside and down to the coast. I recommend visiting the Brecon Beacons and the Black mountains, Snowdonia and beautiful valleys like the Rheindol- and the picturesque Elan valley, and lakes. Wales with its often traffic-jam free roads offers excellent touring possibilities. Its landscape differs a lot from that of England, providing visitors with a whole new experience.
