England! The most exciting place I ever lived in. With reasonable work and career opportunities, this is where the money, life and excitement is. With the very busy metropolis of London, great cities like Bristol, Brighton and Manchester, picturesque towns like Bath and Dorking, and excellent countyside, this place has a lot to offer. Culture, Tradition and the modern day madness. Not as clean as Austria, but one cant have everything. The weather is not as bad as people moan, and the saddest thing about England is when the English always complain about the place and run it down.
The off road possibilities here are excellent too, with all kind of surfaces to choose from. Be it rocks, stones, chalk, soil, mud or sand, it is all available. All the off-road legal byways I use are sign-boarded to avoid misunderstandings, and there are many to choose from. OK, its not the Sahara, Spain or some other off-road paradise, but to have this much, and so well organised in western Europe, is close to a miracle.
English food, simple, but delicious and filling. A no nonsense food!
